In the UK, 96% of retailers have at least one mobile app. Developing an app can improve client experience and scheduling capability. It has been proven that more sales have been made due to technology constantly changing and developing. Mobile purchases have increased from 40% to 70% over previous years. Having a mobile app maintains customers interests as well as keeping them connected which increases potential sales. Mobile applications offer a seamless user experience, allowing constant and easy access that may not necessarily have been achieved.
